About Tifton, GA - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Tifton is a charming Georgia town that is as friendly and warm as it is quaint and lovely.  The residents of this part of the country are raised with certain cultural and social values which ground and center their lives.  Their communities are based around friendship, loyalty and kindness.  A small town with a big heart, nice weather and a lot of history… it doesn’t get a lot better than that for a family!

Tifton is actually nicknamed “The Friendly City”… which really says it all! Southern culture, in general, is based around a slower pace, hospitality and proper manners.  It is an ideal place to raise kids. In addition, the weather is hot enough in the summer for the pool, then just enough snow falls in the winters to give kids a chance to break out the sleds.  It’s the best of all worlds for the whole family.

If you are in the area, you should most definitely make a point to check out some of the local historical buildings. There is much to be explored.  This part of the country played a significant role in both the Civil War and the Civil Rights Movement and is teeming with history, culture and stories. The Georgia Museum of Agriculture & Historic Village is located in Tifton and consists of five areas in all. There is a traditional farm community of the 1870s, a 1890s progressive farmstead, an industrial sites complex, rural town, and national peanut complex; and the Museum of Agriculture Center. There, many lovely old things, and even buildings and structures, have been lovingly restored.  This would be an absolutely ideal outing for the family on a sunny summer day.  Get the kids off of the couch and out learning while they are taking a break from school!
